there's Spore where that came from
Our buddy John Cimino did this charming flash film for an upcoming EA game titled Spore. Simply put, Johnny is one of the best flash animators in the bay area. We've had the luxury of working with him on Buddhist Monkey, various Leap Frog projects, and a soon to be unveiled flick directed by Ghostbot's Roque Ballesteros. Some of his most notorious work can be seen in Happy Tree Friends episode "Eye Candy" which is featured on the second dvd

John (aka "the Ciminator") is freaking awesome. I wish the whole game looked like his intro. Not only is he a fantastic animator, but he's fast and quiet...like a ninja. Those are deadly traits for one person to have. I'd kill him if I could sneak up on him...but you try sneaking up on a ninja.
I tried sneaking up on the ciminator once... he put me down so hard that I haven't been able to blog for months.
All animation needs a little “Cimination” all over it!
Word on the street is Spore kicked major butt at E3. Congrats to Johnny and Maxis.
